This weekend I went to the Be:fit sport event in London.
I had the great opportunity to join some fitness talks, join Rebook classes and have a taste of the new nutritional organic products.
I also took notes about the healthy products the event offered in order to give you all the best nutritional and health information . So enjoy the experience with me ....

The roof was amazingly decorated and I felt straight away I was in the right place as there was so much to see and discover ..

TALKS
I ALWAYS find useful to right down the talks at any event, Specially for those doing blogs.
So, here are all the talks at the event, you can add them if these are of any of your interest :

I am personally interested in the Jody Shield talk ' 7 tips to bust your anxiety'. Even though this may be not your favourite one, I believe it is one of the most important ones. Why is this? Because being stressed wont help you loose weight at ALL !!.
Stress will put up your stress hormone so called 'Cortisol' and it wont let your body function the right way. Moreover, stress makes you get older faster, doesn't let you complete your daily routines and could even cause you some deceases such as gastritis. Therefore, I think this talk is fundamental to attend to .
To have a healthy body you need to have a healthy mind first.
Jody Shield: 7 tips to bust your anxiety.

I have done a video of some of the important things Jody mentions about stress and anxiety :
What she says is that :
Even if the following may be genetical, it is still something that is treatable and can be controlled. The tips she gives to fight anxiety are :
1) tapping: is a good way to relief stress, as the video above shows tapping the body parts. She recommends the following to relief stress.
2) Journal : writing everything down will relief your brain from stress.
3) Breathing and exhaling
4) Meditation
5) TALKING about your feelings.

I also went to one of the fitness classes at Rebook studios.
"Grit with Les Mills" was the name of the class I went to. The room was VERY dark to get some good shots but this is what I manage to film and take:

She did a amazing an Rice pudding and this is one of the girls tasting it.

Healthy Products
Nosh drink:

I took on of this Nosh this morning and I have to say it is indeed a Super breakfast. I was full after drinking this smoothy/yogurt.
The smoothy contains:
-Apple juice from concentrate (33%)
-yogurt (32 %)
-Banana Puree (24%)
-Cooked Quinoa (7%)
-Water Quinoa
-Oats(4%)
It is quite heavy but if you are in a rush one morning this will fulfil you straight away, at least that is what happened to me.
