Stress and its relation to weight gain

Get in control of stress before it controls you .
We all know that stress is something hard to manage, but we can not loose weight or neither be healthy if our brain is not. The truth is that the brain is so so powerful, that it controls everything we do or not do, everything we feel or not feel to a point that is also controls if what we will eat will make us fat or not.
In order to understand this better ,I have recorded a video of the things I have learned about stress and our body fat gain. So here is a basic explanation of how it works :

So now that we have understood what can stress cause to us, how can we handle this ? as I said in my Be:Fit post. There are many ways ...
You can use : 1)Tapping , 2) Breathing, 3) Write Journals , 4) Meditation.

I also would like to share with you some of the teas I personally consume in order to relax or sleep better:
-Valerian Tea ( helps me to sleep)
-Lavender Tea( for relaxation)
I will not put other teas for up, as I have not try others yet and I prefer to put what I have tried so I can genuinely say it works , but I am sure there are much more than this.
Another thing to bear in mind is that even if green tea is a high antioxidant and has a powerful effects on the body, I do not recommend to drink this before going to bed because it contains CAFFEINE.
Black teas and English breakfast teas also contain caffeine .
So guys worry less do more , stress less and be more happy in order to start loosing weigh properly.
