Ben Brown's summary talk:

There are many diets today and this makes it hard to know what works and what doesn't. There is one modern research on a diet called Palaeolithic diet today. But does this diet really works? there are no enough research or experiments about this yet.

However, Ben Brown states that even if we do not know if this new diets may work there are other studies like Michael Pollan's ones, where he affirms:

So we do know this is already true and it has been proved it works, bearing in mind we also need carbs and proteins.

Ben also states, TRADITIONAL MEDITERRANEAN DIET has a powerful health benefit, as there are some evidence and research on it.

What this diet contains ?

Lots of grains, vegetables, seasonal food, olive oil ( a bit), little bit of red wine and not too much read meat

According to Ben (2016) the British medical journal have put all the studies done together and and what they have found is :

It does not matter what continent you are on, no matter what culture you come from, no matter what genetic background you have, the closer you eat to this traditional minimally processed pattern the less risk you have to develop different chronic diseases such as :

-Parkinson disease

-Alzheimer’s disease

-Cardio vascular disease

-Cancers

-Among others!

Ben Brown focuses mainly on heart diseases and its relation to food.

He states that there are 190000 deaths in heart disease in the United Kingdom annually.

Finally he affirms:

"WE HAVE A SOLUTION FOR HEART DISEASE AND IS FOOD, You can reverse heart disease by changing your diet.”-Benjamin Brown
